Edryce Reynolds, Ed.D. and private professional consultant and mediator, will discuss meetings she has been in between the Tacoma Police Department and citizens in Tacoma.

Fran Hall, Tacoma FOR member, will speak on nuclear power issues occuring in this state. These are very small nuclear power devices and are being proposed as alternatives to much larger plants which have previously come into disfavor in WA.
